- This European Standard specifies methods of microwave assisted digestion with h州roftuoric (NF), nitric (HN03)and hydrochloric (HCI) acid mixture. Solutions produced byThe methods are suitable for analysis e.g. by atomicabsorption spectrometry (FLAAS, HGAAS, CVAAS, GFAAS), inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-OES) and inductive coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).
