This standard applies to natural gas and associated gas processing and compression equipment, starting from the initial planning and construction of the treatment plant until the completion, closure and site restoration of the treatment plant. This standard does not discuss safety and operational matters that do not involve environmental issues; nor does it discuss process design and equipment selection in detail.
