Scope

This standard specifies test methods for the characteristics of the entire power generation equipment. For these components, existing test methods for engines (see JIS B 8002-I and JIS B 8002-3) and generators (see IEC 60084-2) are used. The generator set manufacturer shall specify these characteristics and the tests to be performed.
