Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of thermoplastic molded plastic parts (hereinafter referred to as molded parts). This standard applies to injection molding, rotational molding and casting molded parts of thermoplastic plastics. This standard does not apply to extrusion, blow molding, sintering and foaming molded parts.
