Scope

This regulation applies to the design of new, expanded, and renovated open circulating cooling water treatment projects. For expansion and remodeling projects, it is advisable to make full use of existing facilities based on the actual conditions of the factory. This regulation does not include cleaning, pre-filming and bypass treatment before factory commissioning.
