Scope
This standard stipulates the safety levels, design safety standards, stability analysis methods, comprehensive management measures, safety monitoring, and early warning for the design of main building slopes and bank slopes near dams and reservoirs in hydropower and water conservancy project hubs. This standard is applicable to the management design of main building slopes in large and medium-sized hydropower and water conservancy project hubs, and natural slopes near dam banks that affect the normal and safe operation of the project. The design of other slope projects in the reservoir area shall be implemented accordingly. For extremely large-scale slopes, particularly important slopes or slopes with very complex conditions, special research and demonstration must be conducted on their safety design standards, stability analysis and evaluation, and comprehensive management measures.
