This standard applies to ethylene oxide produced by direct oxidation of ethylene. This product is mainly used as a synthetic aid, medicine, chemical fiber, fuel intermediate, etc. Molecular formula: C2H4O Relative molecular mass: 44.05 (according to the international relative atomic mass in 2001).
