Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of instant soybean powder and soybean milk powder. This standard applies to powdery or granular foods made from soybeans as the main raw material through grinding, heating to inactivate enzymes, and spray drying.
