Scope

This standard specifies the basic functions, main components, tactical and technical performance and use requirements of the electromagnetic spectrum monitoring system. This standard applies to the certification, development and use of land-based fixed electromagnetic spectrum monitoring systems. Other electromagnetic spectrum monitoring systems can be used as a reference.
