Scope

This specification is applicable to the calibration of the relative spectral responsivity of photodetectors, illuminance meter probes, luminance meter probes and other photodetectors used in optical testing instruments. The wavelength range is (300~2500) nm. Other wavelength ranges can be calibrated according to this specification.
