Scope: This standard specifies the general principles and content for the handover and acceptance of the project by both the supplier and the purchaser after the wind turbine is installed and commissioned to generate electricity normally. The purpose is to provide a uniform method for determining the safety, power characteristics, power quality, noise and other performance of the unit. This standard is applicable to the wind turbines whose swept area of the wind rotor is greater than or equal to 40m², which has been finalized and produced, and is not applicable to the acceptance of prototypes and newly developed products.
