- The manufacturing supervision and inspection mentioned in these rules (hereinafter referred to as manufacturing supervision and inspection) refers to the inspection and testing agency (hereinafter referred to as the supervisory inspection agency) approved by the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (hereinafter referred to as the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine). During the manufacturing process at the manufacturing site, the safety performance of the product is supervised and verified based on the quality inspection (hereinafter referred to as self-inspection) of the lifting machinery manufacturing unit (hereinafter referred to as the manufacturing unit).
