- This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage of prism transflective two-color liquid level gauges. This standard applies to prism transflective two-color liquid level gauges (hereinafter referred to as liquid level gauges) that display liquid levels in chemical, petroleum, boiler and other equipment. The sight glass of this liquid level gauge is a strip-shaped trapezoidal prism.
