- This standard specifies the requirements, sampling, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, storage and safety of bleaching powder products. This standard applies to bleaching powder products produced by chlorination of hydrated lime as raw material. The main ingredient is calcium hypochlorite, molecular formula: Ca(OCl).
