- This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of polishing pastes. This standard applies to polishing pastes prepared by mixing feldspar powder, lime, chromium oxide or other abrasives and grease in appropriate proportions. This product is mainly used for polishing and polishing stainless steel, nickel-chromium plating, iron, copper, aluminum, gold, silver and other metals, plastics, and surgical instruments.
