GB/T 20140-2006 Dynamic characteristic and vibration measurement method of turbo-generators on stator windings and evaluation criteria (English Version)
This standard specifies the modal test analysis method and assessment criteria for the stator winding end of the turbine generator and the vibration measurement method and assessment criteria for the stator winding end of the turbine generator. This standard applies to turbine generators with a rated power of 200MW and above and a rated speed of 3000r/min and 3600r/min. The turbine-type generator is handed over to the new machine before leaving the factory. During overhaul, the modal test at the end of the stator winding and the natural frequency measurement of the leads should be done. When there are abnormal conditions during operation (such as sudden short circuit, coil wear or looseness, etc.), it is recommended to do modal test and lead wire natural frequency measurement. During the type test, when the end of the stator winding is severely loosened after being subjected to a short-circuit impact, and there is an unqualified elliptical vibration mode at the end of the winding, the vibration measurement of the end of the stator winding should be carried out. Turbine generators below 200MW shall be implemented according to this standard. Imported units are also subject to this standard.
