This standard is mainly aimed at onshore oil fields and stipulates the disposal methods and monitoring and management requirements for abandoned wells and long-stop wells in oil exploration and development. This standard applies to operations on abandoned wells and long-stop wells during onshore petroleum exploration and development. It is also suitable for plugging the internal layers of the well. These operations include abandonment operations for abandoned wells, protection operations for temporarily shut-in wells, and monitoring methods and procedures for shut-in wells.
