Scope: 1.2.1 This standard applies to high-pressure fiberglass line pipe used in oil and gas production. The equipment covered by this standard is as follows: 　——High-pressure fiberglass line pipes and couplings; 　——Pipe fittings; 　——Flanges; 　——Reducing joints and pipe joints. 1.2.2 The standard service conditions applicable to the standard pressure level of this standard are as follows: 　——Service life is 20 years; 　——Service temperature is 66 ℃ (150°F); 　——The transported fluid is salt water. Since the axial load includes end loads due to internal pressure and bending, the ratio of the pipe bending radius to the outer diameter should not be less than 1200. When the cycle pressure change value is between 0 and 120% of the pressure level of this standard, the number of cycles should reach 3000 cycles. When the R value is 0.9, the number of cycles should be 109 (R is the ratio of the minimum pressure to the maximum pressure). Other service conditions different from this standard are given in 5.1.1 and Appendix G.
