- This part of SY/T 0082 specifies the composition of preliminary design documents, engineering design and budget estimates for natural gas processing plant projects. This section applies to the preliminary design of new onshore natural gas processing plants. The preliminary design of expansion and reconstruction of natural gas processing plants and new independent process devices, natural gas desulfurization stations, natural gas dehydration stations, and LNG projects can be implemented as a reference. In addition to complying with this specification, the preliminary design of a natural gas processing plant should also comply with the relevant national mandatory standards.
