- This part of SY/T 0082 specifies the composition of preliminary design documents, engineering design and budget estimates for oil and gas field surface engineering projects. This section applies to the preliminary design of newly built onshore oil and gas fields, surface engineering of offshore and offshore oil and gas fields, and onshore terminal engineering of offshore fine gas fields. The preliminary design of individual surface projects for reconstruction, expansion, and independent oil and gas fields can be implemented as a reference.
