- This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, and markings for skim gauze (hereinafter referred to as wet bulb gauze) for wet bulb thermometers. This standard applies to the production and quality inspection of wet ball gauze. This standard also applies to the production and quality inspection of wet ball gauze (except regular sizes).
