Scope

This standard specifies the principle, reagents and materials, instruments, sample preparation, ion chromatography determination, calculation and precision of bromate determination in wheat flour and wheat flour quality improver by ion chromatography. This standard applies to the determination of bromate in wheat flour and wheat flour quality improvers. The detection limit of this standard is 0.5mg/kg (based on BrO₃^-).
