- This standard specifies the test method for the adhesion of emulsified asphalt when mixed with aggregate. This standard is suitable for evaluating the adhesion of emulsified asphalt when mixed with aggregates. This standard does not apply to fast-setting emulsified asphalt or emulsified asphalt used as adhesive layer, penetration layer and surface treatment. This standard does not cover safety regulations for use. It is the responsibility of users of the standard to establish appropriate safety procedures before use.
