- This standard specifies the method for determining the viscosity of emulsified asphalt using a Saybolt-Flor viscometer. This standard applies to emulsified asphalt with an outflow time of not less than 20 seconds. The standard test temperatures for emulsified asphalt are 25°C and 50°C. This standard does not involve safety regulations related to use. It is the responsibility of the user of the standard to develop appropriate safety application procedures before use.
