- This standard specifies the scope, characteristics, structural and performance requirements, tests and test methods of HD17S (or HD17H) series knife-shaped isolators and HS17S (or HS17SH) series knife-shaped conversion isolators. This standard applies to HD17S (or HD17H) series knife-shaped isolators (hereinafter referred to as isolators) and HS17S (or HS17SH) series knife-shaped conversion isolators (hereinafter referred to as conversion isolators). This product is mainly used for power isolation and power conversion isolation in power distribution circuits with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 690V and below and DC rated working voltage 230V and rated current 1600A and below. This standard can be used as the basis for formulating standards for similar products.
