- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and labeling, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage of pharmaceutical vacuum emulsification mixers. This standard is applicable to pharmaceutical vacuum emulsification mixers (hereinafter referred to as emulsifiers) that heat and stir paste semi-solids with a viscosity of no more than 10 Pa·s under vacuum to emulsify, homogenize, defoam and cool them.
