- This code is applicable to newly-built or reconstructed Class A and B air-defense basements within the following resistance levels and the design of Class A and B single-building excavation civil air defense projects combined with civil buildings in residential quarters. 1 Anti-conventional weapon resistance level 5 and level 6 (hereinafter referred to as regular level 5 and normal level 6 respectively); 2 Anti-nuclear weapon resistance level 4, 4B, 5, 6 and 6B (hereinafter referred to as nuclear weapon level 4, Nuclear 4B, Nuclear 5, Nuclear 6, and Nuclear 6B).
