Scope

This part specifies the formaldehyde method for the determination of ammonium chloride and ammonium perchlorate in pyrotechnic powder. This part applies to the determination of ammonium chloride and ammonium perchlorate in pyrotechnic powder. This section does not apply to pyrotechnic powders containing other ammonium salt substances in addition to ammonium chloride or ammonium peracid in water-soluble substances.
