Scope

This part specifies the principle, reagents, instruments, analysis steps, result calculation and allowable difference for the determination of gallium content in superalloys by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. This section applies to the determination of gallium content in nickel-based superalloys. Measuring range: 0.001% to 0.010%.
