Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, labeling, storage and transportation of green coffee. This standard applies to the quality identification and trade of wet-processed green coffee of arabica coffee (also known as Arabica coffee, scientific name: Coffee arabica Linnaeus), dry-processed green coffee of arabica coffee, medium-sized coffee (also known as Coffee arabica Linnaeus) Basta coffee, whose scientific name is Coffee canephora Pierre Froehner's green coffee, can also be used as a reference.
