- This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and temporary maintenance of live sea cucumbers as pollution-free food. This standard applies to sea cucumber (Stichopus japonicus Selenka), green sea cucumber (Stichopus chloronotus), flower sea cucumber (Stichopus variegatus), plum blossom ginseng (Thelenota ananas), white background radial anus (Actinopyga mauritiana), and rough sea cucumber in the class Holothuria. For live sea cucumbers (Holathuria leucospilota), other species of sea cucumbers can be followed.
