- This standard stipulates the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of marine fish of the family Mulletidae, Cobia and Cobia as pollution-free foods. This standard applies to live and fresh fish of mullet (Mugil cephalus), mullet (Liza baematocheila), oval pompano (Tranchinotas blochii), and cobia (Rachycentron canadum). Other seawater fish of the same family can follow the instructions.
