- This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of 4-methyl-5-(β-hydroxyethyl)thiazole. This standard is applicable to the analysis and evaluation of the quality of 4-methyl-5-(β-hydroxyethyl)thiazole prepared through chemical synthesis using thioformamide and bromoacetylpropanol as the main raw materials.
