- This standard specifies the determination principle, instrument, sampling, analysis steps, result calculation, precision and test report of crude phenol ignition residue. This standard is applicable to the determination of crude phenol ignition residue produced from coal tar and phenol-containing sewage. Personnel using this standard should have practical experience in formal laboratory work. This standard does not address all possible safety issues.
