Scope

This Part specifies the general test methods for horizontal axis wind turbines with a rotor swept area equal to or greater than 40m². This part is applicable to the test and inspection of horizontal axis wind turbines (hereinafter referred to as the generator set), other types of wind turbines can be used as a reference.
