This standard specifies the method for diantipyrine methane spectrophotometry to determine the amount of titanium dioxide. This standard is applicable to the determination of titanium dioxide content in magnesia, magnesium-aluminum (aluminum-magnesium) refractory raw materials and products, and the measurement range is 0.010% to 0.50%.
