- This standard specifies the process parameters and technical requirements for garlic irradiation inhibition of germination. This standard applies to the inhibition of germination of white-skinned garlic by irradiation. Other garlic varieties can refer to implementation. This standard does not apply to killing pests and microorganisms of garlic.
