These requirements cover station inlets and outlets intended for use in hospitals for distribution of nonflammable medical gas in rigid piping systems in accordance with the Standard for Health Care Facilities, NFPA 99. These requirements do not cover station inlets and outlets designed to operate at non-standard operating pressures as defined in the Standard for Health Care Facilities, NFPA 99.
