This standard specifies methods for evaluating stickies and plastics in waste paper pulp. When applying the method according to this standard, not only screen plates with various gaps but also various experimental screen devices may be used. Because waste paper pulp contains a variety of adhesives and plastics, and because there are various types of equipment that can be used for this evaluation, it is no longer possible to specify the screen type or screen spacing in detail.
