- Scope
- This standard specifies the method for the determination of lead content in rubber by atomic absorption spectrometry. This standard applies to raw rubber, mixed rubber and rubber products. There is no limit of determination for the concentration of lead. As long as the amount of sample or the concentration of the solution used is adjusted appropriately, higher or lower concentrations can be determined. The lower limit of determination can be lowered by standard addition.
