Scope: This standard specifies the measurement principle, device and requirements, test conditions, test preparations, test procedures, and data processing of interlayer gas leakage rate of low-temperature adiabatic pressure vessels. This standard applies to the measurement of gas leakage rate of vacuum-insulated low-temperature insulation pressure vessels, and also applies to the measurement of gas leakage rate of vacuum-insulated low-temperature transportation pipelines, cryogenic valves and other low-temperature vacuum equipment.
