Scope: This standard stipulates the principle of equipment allocation for special highway communication network, the equipment allocation of networks at all levels, and the equipment of fixed telephones, mobile phones, and road emergency telephones. It is the minimum equipment requirement for communication networks at all levels. This standard applies to the planning, design, construction, use and management of highway dedicated communication networks.
