Scope

This standard applies to the wastewater discharge management of pulping, papermaking and pulp and paper joint enterprises in the paper industry, as well as the environmental impact assessment of construction projects in the paper industry, the design of environmental protection facilities for construction projects, completion acceptance and wastewater discharge management after they are put into production.
