Scope
The document describes a chemical method for the determination of Glyphosate and AMPA in drinking, ground and surface water. Two methods for the pretreatment of the samples are described. Glyphosate and AMPA are seperated at a cation exchanger by isocratic HPLC and directly supplied to a two-phase post-column derivatization. At the first step Glyhosate is converted into Gylcine. At the second step Glyconme and AMPA are derivated in the presence of Dimethylaminoethanthiol-Hydrochlodrid. The resulting Isoindolderivates are detected by fluorescence measurement.#,,#
