SP-2761-D-1 was prepared by the FO-6.3 Subcommittee on Fiber Optic Interconnecting Devices. Balloting on SP-2761-D closed on May 16, 1995. There were eleven affirmative ballots, and one disapproved with comments received. The comments were addressed by the FO-6.3 Subcommittee. Since technical changes were made to the document, it was deemed necessary to issue a 30-day Public Review notice, thus SP-2761-D-1.
