- This standard stipulates the technical requirements of the organization code certificate integrated circuit (IC) card of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the code certificate IC card), and specifies the code certificate IC card specification and the application of the code certificate IC card. This standard applies to the design, manufacture, management, issuance and application of code certificate IC cards, as well as the design of the interface of related equipment of code certificate IC cards.
