Scope

This standard specifies the A-weighted acoustic power level of the ambient noise generated by earthmoving machinery when it is operating under the dynamic test conditions specified in Annex A, Annex B, Annex C, or Annex D. This stipulates the method of calculating by converting it into Bel.
