Scope

This standard specifies the light crude oil sampling, analysis steps, qualitative, quantitative, light hydrocarbon parameter calculation and precision in light crude oil gas chromatographic analysis. This standard is applicable to the chromatographic analysis of hydrocarbon compounds such as nC₇ and C₈~C₄₀ normal alkanes in light crude oil, including condensate oil.
