Scope

This standard specifies the definition, size, shape, technical requirements, test methods, acceptance rules, packaging, marks, and quality certificates of weathering steel for welded structures. This standard applies to hot-rolled steel products with weather resistance for bridges, buildings and other structural parts, including steel plates, steel strips and section steel, with a thickness of up to 100mm.
