This standard specifies the definition, size, shape, technical requirements, test methods, acceptance rules, packaging, signs, quality certificates, etc. of high weather resistance structural steel. This standard applies to hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel sheets, strips and section steels resistant to atmospheric corrosion. Products for vehicles, containers, buildings, towers and other structural parts are usually used in the delivered condition, making bolted, riveted and welded structural parts. The thickness of steel used as welded structural parts should generally not be greater than 16mm.
